Exclusive Partner of Flag Studies Conference
The 30th World Congress of Vexillology will be held in Beijing from August 12th to 19th, 2024. Over 70 experts and scholars from more than 50 countries and international organizations in the field of vexillology will be invited to attend. This will be the second time in Asia and the first time in China to host the World Congress of Vexillology since the 23rd congress held in Yokohama, Japan in 2009. It provides a historic opportunity to enhance the international influence of Chinese flag culture, showcase the unique charm of Chinese flag civilization, promote exchanges and mutual learning in the field of world flag civilization, build a modern powerhouse in flag culture, and establish a new position for Beijing as the capital of world flag culture.
To host the 30th Beijing World Flag Study Conference, showcasing Beijing's ability and level in flag culture, and to promote the development of Beijing's flag culture exhibition industry, as well as to lay the foundation for future regular international flag academic conferences and flag cultural exchange activities, we are now seeking exclusive service partners (Category C) for the first batch of the conference among internationally renowned conference service providers with proven track records and good reputation.
I. Exclusive Conference Services Partner (Category C, No. 1)
Responsible for the setup of the venue, guest reception, conference services, speech equipment, photography and videography, and related investment promotion for the 30th Beijing World Conference on Flag Studies, themed forums, lasting 5 days.
II. Exclusive Travel Services Partner (Category C, No. 2)
Provides a one-day Beijing flag historical site visit with interactive activities for all attending delegates, accompanied by flag studies experts. Also offers a three-day Beijing flag culture visit with interactive activities for family members, as well as other related travel services.
III. Exclusive English Translation Partner (Category C, No. 3)
Responsible for administrative translation and paper translation for the 30th Beijing World Conference on Flag Studies. Provides simultaneous interpretation services and accompanying translation for VIP guests. Additionally, assists in proofreading the conference proceedings.
IV. Exclusive Transportation Services Partner (Category C, No. 4)
Offers airport transportation services for delegates from various countries attending the 30th Beijing World Conference on Flag Studies. Provides transportation for the conference visit activities, as well as for official vehicles of the organizing committee.
