In July 2019, the China Vexillology Research Center successfully bid in the United States to host the 30th World Congress of Vexillology in Beijing in 2023. Due to the impact of the epidemic, the 29th Slovenian Congress in 2021 was postponed to July 2022, and the 30th Congress in 2023 was postponed to August 2024 in Beijing.

1. Deputy Secretary-General
In the scope of the chairman's authorization, he is responsible for the pilot work of the industrialization of banner culture. He has achievements in foreign affairs and foreign trade or industry leading performance, has a pioneering consciousness, has strong comprehensive quality, and has a good image.
2. Assistant to the Chairman
Assist the chairman to handle daily affairs, translate international correspondence and mail, and be responsible for related administrative work. Fluent in English reading and writing, strong Chinese writing ability, able to handle affairs, and experience in international organizations or government agencies are required.
3. The propaganda officer
Responsible for the promotion of banner culture, the operation and maintenance of the official website (in both Chinese and English) and the official account, design, printing and publishing, and communication with government agencies and media. Possess political awareness, understand banner culture, and have relevant work experience and performance.
4. Financial Officer
Responsible for financial, taxation, auditing and other related work, and formulate various rules and regulations. Possess strategic investment and financing and capital management, project negotiation, resource integration capabilities, and experience and performance as financial officers of international organizations and group companies.
5. Membership Officer
Responsible for the development and service of group members and individual members of the Banner Special Committee. Have relevant work experience and performance in international organizations or associations, and have the ability to organize and coordinate.
